- To process orders, deliveries, payments, returns and refunds.
- To let vendors fulfil orders and to pay vendors.

- To improve the site and, where you agree, to send offers and news.

4. Our legal basis
We use your data to carry out our contract with you, to meet legal duties, for our legitimate interests (such as security and improving the service), and with your consent where required, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of Tanzania.

- Vendors: the details needed to deliver and support your order (name, phone, address, items).
- Delivery partners and payment providers used for your order.
- Service providers: website hosting, email delivery, security and translation services (the language button uses Google Translate).
- Authorities, when the law requires.
We do not sell your personal data.

Some service providers (such as hosting and translation services) may process data outside Tanzania. We take reasonable steps to protect your data when this happens.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example while your account is active and for the period required for accounting, tax and legal reasons. After that we delete or anonymise it.
