Delivery and Shipping Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. Who delivers

Products on GulioLetu are sold by independent vendors. Delivery is normally arranged by the vendor, either directly or through a courier, transport company or pick-up point the vendor chooses.

2. Where we deliver

We support delivery within Tanzania. Each vendor decides which areas they serve, and this is shown on the product page or confirmed with you after you order. We do not currently deliver outside Tanzania.

3. Delivery time

  • Dar es Salaam: usually 1 to 3 working days.
  • Other regions: usually 3 to 7 working days.
  • Heavy or large items (for example machinery, furniture or building materials): the vendor will agree a delivery date with you.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, transport problems, public holidays or stock issues.

4. Delivery fees

Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout or agreed with the vendor before you pay. Prices are in Tanzanian shillings (TZS).

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give a correct and complete address and a phone number that you can answer.
  • Be available to receive the order, or name someone who can.
  • Check your order on delivery. If it is damaged, opened or wrong, tell the delivery person and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

6. Failed delivery

If delivery fails because the buyer cannot be reached or refuses a correct order, the vendor may charge a reasonable fee for the extra delivery attempt or cancel the order under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations policy.

7. Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or your named representative.

8. Items that are not delivered

Some listings, such as land, property and services, are not delivered. The vendor will arrange viewing, inspection or handover with you directly.
